Rod Bayless brings his passion for broad scale data warehousing and advanced analytics to the Automotive Aftermarket. He currently serves as Director of Industry Analytics Services for Epicor Software Corporation. Rod started his technology career in the collision estimating/insurance services industry and from there he joined the Automotive Aftermarket. All combined, he has witnessed constant change over the last 20 years due to the increased need for business and industry intelligence. Today, Rod leads an innovative team at Epicor which is truly partnered with manufacturers and the major parts distribution players our industry. Predictably there is an exponential increase in the data that will be available to trading partners in our industry. Rod believes that the difference is not only in the data, but in the business practices and in partnering to better understand the potential opportunities it provides.
