Joe Pase is Director, Strategic Planning & Business Insights for Tenneco, Inc., manufacturer and marketer of Monroe® shock absorbers and struts, Monroe® brakes, Walker® emissions control, Rancho® suspension and DynoMax® and Thrush® performance exhaust components. He manages the strategic planning process for Tenneco’s global aftermarket operations. He is a data expert and is responsible for assimilating market, category and brand intelligence to guide product and sales strategies with customers.
Joe has dedicated more than 20 years to the automotive aftermarket and Tenneco. He began his career in sales in the Canadian market and subsequently held a variety of roles in product management, marketing and sales and operations. He was appointed Director of Sales for the Walker product line in 2001 and General Manager of the Rancho and DynoMax brands – with full P & L responsibility – in 2005.
Joe holds Bronze and Silver certifications in Business Insights from Delta & Associates, a leading provider of training and consulting for consumer packaged goods retailers and manufacturers. He also serves on the Auto Care Association Category Management and Market Intelligence committees.
