2014 AASA TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE

Dale is responsible for managing the portfolio lifecycle for aftertreatment devices, engine maintenance and specialized tooling. Dale’s current role requires the management of his portfolio’s lifecycle. He has been developing unique strategies that properly position the products for the fast changing on-highway market, including the consolidation of suppliers and unique parts. He has more than 12 years of experience in the aftermarket business, previously working for Thermo King, a sector of Ingersoll Rand Climate Solutions, and New Holland Ag a division of CNH Global. Outside of work, Dale enjoys watersports from scuba diving to fishing, as well as extensive travel.

 

Dale is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and holds his Bachelor of Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University.
